School safety is a topic that is important to District 204 and our community. Recently, Superintendent Dr. Adrian Talley discussed school safety with District 204’s Safety, Security, and Emergency Preparedness Coordinator, Ron Wilke, and a panel of local law enforcement representatives during Parent University: School Safety.
Topics included the partnership with police and the role of the school resource officer, active threat training for teachers, and school security and safety.
