We are in the process of determining the professional development needs related to Special Education for the 2017-18 School Year. We are asking parents of children with special needs to complete the short survey below.
Please complete one survey for each child you have with a disability. For example, if you have more than one child with a disability you would complete the survey for each child with a disability.
The results of the survey will help us to better understand your concerns and how we may address them during the school year. This information will be used to improve our practices. Individual responses will NOT be shared with school teams.
