Now that Illinois has moved to Phase 4 of its Restore Illinois Plan, District 204’s playground facilities and tennis courts will be open to the public effective Monday, July 6, 2020. Please note, the district will not be cleaning or disinfecting outdoor exercise equipment, playground equipment, tables, benches, or other frequently touched outside surfaces. High school swimming pools are currently undergoing maintenance for repairs and not open for use by outside organizations.
Please use District 204’s outdoor facilities safely:
• Phase 4 limits gatherings to no more than 50 people.
• Please remember to practice social distancing.
• Frequent hand washing and regular use of hand sanitizer are strongly recommended.
DO NOT use the play areas, outdoor exercise equipment, or playgrounds if you or someone in your household are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.
District 204 cannot warrant any facilities or equipment to be free from COVID-19 or any other disease and there are potential risks that may presently be unknown.
